About Brady Hall Law

Brady Hall earned his law degree, along with bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice, political science, and sociology, from the University of Idaho, Moscow.

Before practicing law, he served as an intelligence officer for the U.S. Department of Defense, deploying to Iraq in support of U.S. counterinsurgency operations.

He was a partner at the Boise-based firm Moore Elia Kraft & Hall from 2007 to 2020, and most recently served as General Counsel for the Office of the Governor, Brad Little.

For more than a decade, he has defended Idaho and other governmental entities in complex state and federal litigation, and has represented Idahoans and their businesses in courts throughout the state. His experience includes numerous cases before the U.S. District Court of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he served as lead counsel in a case filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.

He has also volunteered hundreds of hours advocating for the interests of children in court proceedings.

Krista Zimmerman is the Paralegal and Operations Manager at Brady Hall Law, PLLC.

She earned her B.A. in Professional Writing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She began her career in the legal field in 2015 and has since worked as a legal assistant and paralegal for firms practicing across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Idaho, California, and Nevada, gaining a wide-ranging perspective on litigation support and case management.

While she previously worked alongside Brady as his assistant at Moore Elia Kraft & Hall, she joined Brady Hall Law in 2026.
